WordPress.com does not provide phone support. All support is done through online communication.
If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form. If there are chatters available, you’ll be able to chat live. Otherwise, you can submit the form and staff will follow up by email.
If you have a Business upgrade, you can access live chat support from your blog’s Dashboard Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm Eastern time.
If you do not have a paid upgrade, please post your question in the community forums.

Ok then how do i renew my current domain? I do not want to upgrade, i want to keep my current level. I cannot find a secure charge form.

Visit the Domains page while logged-in to your WordPress.com account, select the domain you want to renew and proceed with the renewal.

So when I am logged in, look at plans, see the “free”, then i go to Domains, tells me it expires in 4 hours (gtkc.org) i click on primary, then payment settings, tells me upgrade now, (which i dont want to upgrade) the. It shows me the plans. But acxording to the email forwarded to me by the former site admin, i should be able to pay my domai. Mapping for $13.00.
So i re check the email, it tells me to chick here for support page. An dthe cycle stats again.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
