  My assistant was trying to login and couldn’t find the password. I sent a request from my email to get a new password. It’s been over 15 minutes and I have not received one from WordPress.

  By now I have found the old password, but it is no longer working. HELP, please.

  After I tried the reset password 6 times (with either no email to reset or the reset not working) I finally got it to work the 7th time after 2+ hours.

  Would be much better to talk with a live support person. Thx anyway. Still irritated, but I’ll get over it.
