    I’m back. My son is worried about losing the domaine and wants me to go ahead and have them recover it, even if it does cost $80.00. But I can’t figure out how. You guys told me to go to my dashboard and then to Store. Well I did but I don’t see anywhere to recover a domain name. Yesterday I mapped it (the $13 fee) and paid but it says now it was refunded. I need to know how to pay to get the domain recovered. And many thanks.

    Hi there!

    I have sent a manual payment request to the email on file for the account in the amount of $98 ($18 domain registration plus $80 redemption fee).

    Please reply back in this thread once you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be fully refunded.

    Great – I show that we successfully received the payment.

    I have contacted the domain registrar to request the domain be reinstated to your account. It may take a day or more to hear back from them as it is the weekend. Once I hear back from them, I will give you an update on the status of the domain.

    Just wanted to give you a quick update to let you know that I haven’t received the confirmation from the Domain Registrar as of 5pm CST. I submitted a request to escalate the restore, but haven’t heard back from them yet.
