Hi, I have an issue with the contact form and I am trying to figure out which email account is responsible for the site. I would like the main email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it may be under (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there any way to reconfigure that since we would rather have the company email in use for this account.

I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
You can contact your host directly to get help with your issue.
