  I have tried there and don’t have access anymore. The problem is they cancelled my paid account by mistake – now I don’t have any of the links to chat and I need the site to immediately go back up!

  The only option I get under https://wordpress.com/help/contact is to post another post on a public forum.

  I understand your issue. Can you please share how did your paid upgrade got canceled?

  I had opened a ticket requesting it to be cancelled, but then changed my mind after I did a bit more digging into the issue I had which caused me to want to cancel, so I think contacted them to disregard the request. I have also emailed them directly back when they notified they did the cancellation requesting this to be fixed. It has been over 12 hours and no response to my emails or the updated ticket.

  Granted – if they can’t restore my pages, I will leave it cancelled. I can’t believe it is this hard to get in touch with someone who can do something.
