  How the hell does one get support on this site? I can’t seem to find any link to live chat or even to e-mail someone with a question?!

  Thanks, but I’ve looked into all those options and none allow me to actually contact anyone at wordpress.com.

  As well, the “please use the “Contact Support” form. ” link on that page just takes me to post another comment on this forum, and not actually get in touch with anyone.

  I’m interested in wordpress.com hosting but lacking the ability to talk with anyone before buying a plan doesn’t give me any confidence in the tech support side.
