It is very difficult to advise without knowing the address of the site in question. As @kokkieh mentioned, if it’s regarding your WordPress.com account we are here to help.
However, since there are no sites under your account, I suspect that you are talking about a site hosted elsewhere that may be connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack.If you need help with a self-hosted site you will want to reach out directly to your host or write in the community forums:
