Is there any way I can contact tech support, I have a problem with my account that I cannot post publicly and needs individual help.
    thanks

  • Hi there,

Can you give some indication what the issue is, so that we can point you to the right place?

I would note that the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and doesn’t appear to have been active in over a year.

If you need help with a WordPress site hosted at another provider, you’ll want to ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.

    Hi
Thanks for getting back to me.

It is a site I log into on the WordPress website. Have some odd problems I cannot work out.

Is there any way I can talk to tech support about this issue as it is private
I need to provide my email and other information about my webiste that’s not public, and ask for direct help.

    Would be appreciated.

    Thank you

There seems to be something wrong with my account, that doesn’t make sense, I can’t work out and would like help with.

  • It is very difficult to advise without knowing the address of the site in question. As @kokkieh mentioned, if it’s regarding your WordPress.com account we are here to help.
However, since there are no sites under your account, I suspect that you are talking about a site hosted elsewhere that may be connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack.

If you need help with a self-hosted site you will want to reach out directly to your host or write in the community forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Personalized support via email or live chat on WordPress.com is provided for users with paid subscriptions.
