  so the ai keeps telling me to contact support, yet I can’t
  
  I want a refund. I don’t want to use the monthly plan if I can’t upload custom themes which is a stupid a rule

  I tried to refund myself but the next page after I hit cancel it says remove,
  
  I don’t want to click that because it might make me inelligible so if someone here can guide me.
  
  Please refund my yearly amount – the domain subscription, I understand that was free but it was included in the price. I can pay that seperately
