  Kindly note that i dont have a website, i only created this account to open a claim, i have been double charged, i contacted my bank they refund the first amount and for the second amount they asked me to contact this platform in which i never made a payment.
  Kindly help

  If and only if that charge was made by wordpress.com, go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to find out what that charge is about and contact the billing team if necessary.
