I have charges on my bank but have not authorised any.
After logging in to get support, the live chat tells me I cannot speak to a human unless I am on a paid plan.
They are charging me (even though they shouldn’t be) but won’t let me speak to them (because they don’t think they’re charging me) . . . . so I can’t stop them charging me.
WTF? and how to I speak to a human to stop this?
