I tried to transfer my secondary blog to a separate website created by going outside wordpress.com and logging in with a different email.
I got a message that someone would contact me from wordpress .com because bothy of these blogs were upgraded.
That was yesterday – I am still waiting and cannot move forward and do not know how to contact support directly

i paid a web designer to create my account on http://www.flypowertv.com and now i cant get in touch with him to give me new password for wordpress. how can i reset it? i was the one who changed it last

http://flypowertv.com/ – does not seem to be a WordPress.COM blog – you might try asking for help at WordPress.ORG if you are using the WordPress.ORG software

@fromnonawithlove: I have canceled and refunded your Custom Design upgrade. It usually takes up to a week for a refund to post. You can review your upgrades under Store > My Upgrades and your transactions under Store > Billing History.
