    is the error message I receive. When I click on the link, I am sent here. I need to get to customer support where they can help me recover my expired domain.

    If you’re referring to angelsresthikershaven.com, then our records show that it expired on June 19, 2018.

    Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

    However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    Yes, I would like to renew the domain. This is not simply a matter of not renewing. The same thing happened last year, and I believe it is due to multiple accounts. I am unable to locate the account that has the credit card info for the angelsresthikershaven.com domain so I can set up automatic renewal. Please advise.

    The account you are writing from, docpeppa is the owner of the domain. I have emailed you a manual payment request to the email on that account. Once you receive that request please pay it and post back here so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover the domain you will receive a refund.

    When you’ve made the payment reply back here and we’ll restore the plan to your site and start the domain recovery process.

    No problem. I’ve sent a note on to our domain partner about angelsresthikershaven.com. Typically we hear back from them in 2-3 days. As soon as we have an update someone will be in touch again.
