Add topic to favorites
It is impossible to find an email address to obtain assistance that’s not found on their site. Even the Contact Support link just goes back to your blog. Can someone email me to help with my question? It’s so frustrating to click and click and click when there’s not contact listed. Do you not provide support in this way, then please say so and save us some click!! Thanks!!!! And if you don’t do that, does that mean I will never hear form anyone about this topic??

Well, what is the actual question you need help with? Volunteers in the forum are capable of answering nearly all technical questions, and staff right now are only providing support to those with paid upgrades.

My email address and password are not recognized after my account was hacked on my host :( I am trying to update my website with no luck cause i am not in the system!

How come when I sign on to wordpress, I know longer see my blog pamperedpets listed under MY BLOGS? I have to go to My Stats to find it. I use to be able to click on Manage My Blogs under my name upper right corner but I don’t see it listed anymore. What’s up?

Hello, I have two websights that I am hosting. http://www.legacypack.com and http://www.barshaun.com

http://www.barshaun.com is hosted by FatCow
and http://www.legacypack.com is hosted by HostGator

They both are using the same Theme called Envisioned and they are both set up through WordPress.

However, the http://www.barshaun.com is not allowing me to display pictures onto the “Featured Slider”
I have the same theme and Options the exact same way for http://www.legacypack.com and it is working the way I want it to be just fine. I made sure that I adjusted every option on the Advanced Themes Options and still I am unable to display pictures on the http://www.barshaun.com home page slider. I am very frustrated because I dont understand why? It will allow me to display pictures in the post when you open them. But why wont it allow me to diplay any images in the Feature Slider? I have exercised every option and I am pretty fimilar with the options yet i still cant figure it out..I feel like i will have to switch both sights if i cant get them to work correctly.. I have a domain name and I once was on a free blog site but thru illness was gone. WENT BACK AND TRIED TO GET ON There WAS A REQUEST FOR 18 DOLLARS TO CONTINUE. WHEN i backed out I had established a new account and can’t access my domain name. my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

need to know how to get back to my domain name?
Once I am on I can rebuild the page with paid services as for now I am in no man’s land

You go to the Store page and ask for a refund, then when you get it you buy the domain name you really want.

DUDE…who do you email about having a blog stripped down by wordpress. Dam. Ive been working on it 2 years....No email no nothing...I go to log in and its gone. WordPress is becoming more and more like google everyday. Im sick right now. This is awful. WHO DO YOU EMAIL. Even Google has a place to ask why you were sacked.
