Contact the owner of a WordPress site

  I would like to understand how I can get in contact with the owner of a specific site, hosted by WordPress; is it e.g. possible for WordPress to forward a mail from me to the owner?
  Problem is that this site is pretty old, outdated (not been maintained since 2013) and can be confusing to people, who should use the new (maintained) website of our organization.

  What’s that site’s address so I can have a look and determine if it’s hosted here on WordPress.com or somewhere else?

  What you can do to contact them, is to try and find a contact page or leave a comment in one of their posts.

  I tried to contact them via a “contacts page”, but I’m afraid I will not get much response, as this website has clearly not been maintained since many years.
