  How do I find the contact information for a Theme owner?

  All themes we have here at WordPress.com are adapted to run only on wpMU (wordpress multiuser) blogging software. There are theme descriptions and live demo sites for each theme found here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  In some cases there are WordPress.ORG versions of themes by the same name coded to run on WordPress.org software.

  There is no theme designer list. One simply goes to the footer of the theme and searches for the theme designer’s name and then uses Google search to locate their site.

  All this being said, you have a free hosted WordPress.com blog and the only themes you can use are locate here > Appearance > Themes
  There is no FTP access. We cannot upload any third party themes and we cannot edit templates or themes here at WordPress.com.
