  Why is it that after submitting the form for contact us it does not direct to our email. What did we miss? Also, I tried creating a new contact it doesn’t show the whole program except it shows this –> [ccf_form id=’129′] – Thank you.

  Volunteers cannot view private blogs and we Volunteers do not request access to them. Staff can view private blog content and this thread is tagged in the sidebar with modlook for their assistance. Please be patient while waiting for a response and subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond.   Hi, “ccf_form” is not the proper short code for forms on our servers. You’ll want to be sure you’re using these steps:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  I checked our logs to see if we sent mail to the address specified, and I can see that we did, 20 hours ago. The mail server accepted the email as well. You can check with your mail provider to see what happened to the email after that.

  You might also try sending the email to a different address. I hope that helps!
