The username which owns http://nickde.wordpress.com/ was registered with that email address in 2009. The email address was validated via a confirmation email and has never been changed.

Yes, leadership is the correct email address.
When you log out of WordPress.com, enter that full email address after the Forgot Password link to recover your password.
Once you recover access to that account, you can move all of your blogs under one account following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
