  Hello,

  I’m trying to contact someone about detecting my domain as it is not being utilised. The contact us button does not yield any information about the correct number or email to resolve my issue.

  Is anyone able to offer any assistance with this?

  You did add the domain mapping, but you haven’t directed the domain’s name servers to us yet: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  While I appreciate a response that is not the issue here. I have another provider hosting my site. I simply need any support you provide to be removed and to avoid being billed for a service I do not want.

  That makes sense. Because you are hosting your site elsewhere, and that’s a great looking site by the way, the upgrades you purchase through WordPress.com will have no effect on that site.

  On WordPress.com, back in February of 2020, you purchased a Premium Plan and domain mapping for “tawmodelling.co.uk”. Cancelling these upgrades will have no effect on your existing site. If you would like to cancel these items yourself click the link below, login, and you will be taken to the area where you can click on each upgrade and cancel.
