Contact Us Form Error Code

Hi, hoping someone can help me. When using the contact form on my website it no longer works when clicking the submit button. It comes up with the error ..
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’, expecting ‘&’ or variable (T_VARIABLE) in /home4/bespoke/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/includes/wizard/classes/QuietSkin.php on line 94
So I went to the admin login page to see if I could see if something was wrong there and my entire website and all content has vanished. It says I am logged into the correct account, showing everything as if I was about to start from the beginning? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Hi thank you for the continued help.
I am completely at a lost end with this.
Unable to log into WordPress.org as it no longer recognizes my email address – It does however recognize my username – when I rest the PW it says please check your emails – nothing comes through. I have searched the net for that error code which other people seem to have had the issue with.
It would point to a Plug in that needs to be updated, but I can only do this by logging in. round and round I go :(
