  Why does my personal contact information keep appearing in the contact form I have loaded for my Contact Us page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Because you are still logged in – WordPress.COM remembers you when you are logged in and fills out some info for you – log out and look at the form – should be empty – if I visit your site MY info will be shown in the form
