'Contact us' Icon not working

  When I click the chat icon the window loops for a minute and times out? I can;t find a direct email address to go around this, is there one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There could be an issue with your connection or your browser. Can you try accessing the live chat team by using a different browser temporarily. Then go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/

  And if that doesn’t work let me know. I will send an email your way which you’ll be able to respond to.

  You may consider restarting your internet and even trying a different connection to see if that’s the issue.
