contact us – no email generated

    I am running a simple web site for a car club. We would like to have a contact us page. Site is set up, all looks fine, added a contact page and it does not generate an email. Tried adding an email instead of defaulting to admin email, still no joy.

    I have had a look at the forums and this seems to be a common problem with either no answers posted or answers relating to plug ins I dont use. Anyone had similar issues with the basic contact function being unresponsive?
