contact us not working

Hi,
The ‘contact us’ page within wordpress.com is not working. The fields are gray within the form. I’ve tried from numerous browsers. There is nowhere else that I can find to contact support regarding my paid account. Can anyone help? Basically, I don’t want my domain name to auto-renew but there is nowhere to toggle this. Seems WordPress.com is pretty messed up at the moment with errors all over the place and no way to get support. Shame.

Oh, maybe I wasn’t clear in my original post. I’m not talking about a contact form on my site. I’m talking about actually contacting WordPress.com about my payments…from the WordPress.com dashboard.

Basically, I don’t want my domain name to auto-renew but there is nowhere to toggle this.
The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from does not have any WordPress.com upgrades associated with it.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point and used that account to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into the other account in order to turn off autorenewal.

Registered on: June 17, 2015
Renews on: May 17, 2016When I click on Payment settings, there is nothing there.

I assure you that another WorDPress.com user account was used to purchase the upgrade. You can see the information you posted because the domain is connected to a WordPress.com site that you own. But you cannot renew the domain because your WordPress.com user account is not the owner of the domain upgrade.

Hi Rootjosh,
Ok, found the other account. There’s still nowhere to stop the future billing cycle despite there being an upcoming charges section with a date. Clicking on manage purchases brings me to the purchases screen but it says that I don’t have a site yet (since it’s in the other account). I cannot contact support because the forms are still not working. support@ returns a message saying the email is unmonitored, and I’m yet to get anything back from help@.

@teacherbartek- I think staff-ozmodiar meant you need to actually log in with the other account (linguisticowl?) and then post in this thread.

I have disabled autorenew for languagehub.co.
I see no other upgrades associated with either of the linguisticsowl or teacherbartek accounts.
