contact widget
-
I’m using the free version of WordPress so I understand the limitations. The one limitation I don’t understand is the inability to add simple contact information in the footer; e.g. email info, phone number. Instead, I’m stuck with the useless fields for an full-fledged ecommerce site. Why not provide a simple contact widget?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

IMHO placing your email address on any site in a clickable form is tanatamount to inviting email harvesting spam bots to have at it and sell it to other spammers. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/07/23/is-your-email-address-a-spam-magnet/

If you purchase an annulaly renewable custom design upgrade and place all that info in a text widget then position absolute can be used to place it in the footer area of the blog.
