  I’ve found out I’m being billed by WordPress for a dead account. How do I get in touch with them to cancel?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
