    I’m trying to contact WordPress for a charge that I did not know about. I have an old website that was never finished and I never used. I need a refund and cannot find a phone number to call

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    We do not provide phone support, so there’s no phone number I can give you.
