Contact Wordpres Support

Trying to modify my Word Press site — I get a message saying “Please Check you Primary Site’s Jet Pack Connection.” It won’t let me get beyond that page using wp.admin. Jet Pack says it is active. Supposed to have unlimited, free chat support with my Business Account/Plan. Can’t find a way to access support. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! Just to check, are you able to head to Jetpack > Dashboard in the left-hand panel of your site management? If that opens correctly, are you then able to manage the site?
In general the site looks like it’s correctly working with your account! I took the liberty of checking ‘as you’ now but couldn’t get the message to appear.
For getting in touch with us, you’d have two options. The first is this form:
https://wordpress.com/help/contactThe second is via the Help Center. When you’re at https://wordpress.com/home/ click the
?help button in the top right corner, between the notifications icon and your profile picture. This will open the Help Center, where you can click the “Still need help?” button at the bottom, which then gives you the options to contact us. -
Okay, I’ve done what you suggested . . . no change. When I bring up my site and click on the “My Site” icon the screen shows the “Please Check Your Primary Site’s Jet Pack Connection.” When I click on the “?” help icon (it is white and not blue, as previously) it does open up to a type of help menu, and when I click on “Still need help?” button, it takes me to the forum . . . that’s how I got here. It used to take me (when there was a blue circle with a while “?”) me to the chat option where the help was always wonderful. I don’t know why it’s different.

Hi there,
To clarify, you are not able to access your admin dashboard at https://danielsandassociatesaz.com/wp-admin/ if you try the direct link?
I think it will help if I clarify that this is the support forum for our free sites, and free sites do not have a Jetpack Connection in the same way that business sites do. This is why we are trying to get you pointed back to the priority support provided in your plan.
To clarify, you did not see a chat or email option at this link? A message here will be correctly routed to the priority support: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
