@shawnajroberts – Hi Shawna, I have been charged £85 for a site that has expired. I set the site to not auto renew over a year ago. I got e-mails confirming that the site was not going to renew and then that it had expired. The you have charged me £85 for Premium pack on a site that no longer exists. The first notification i received was on my credit card statement.
When i logged into my account it says i have no credit cards on file so you seem to have stored my data elsewhere!
I need you to refund this transaction immediately. -
