    Hi there! I was considering purchasing the Business or E-Commerce plan on WordPress but once I created an account the live chat button became unavailable. I have clicked on the question mark, chose chat with us and it only takes me to a live forum page which obviously does not give me any live answers. The only way to get my question answered seems to be to wait until someone replies on the forum. I am not sure how to create a website and business this way so I really hope there will, be an easy way to contact someone via phone or chat quickly. Thank you!

    Once you have upgraded your free site to one of those plans Livechat will be available.
