Hi
I wanted to talk to someone about which plan to go on but it seems that it’s not possible to talk to anyone over the phone at WordPress is this correct?
I’m transferring from Wix where I have a site that allows me to have an online shop and to offer subcriptions. I’m wondering if I can do this on WordPress by getting the business plan and including add-ons or if I have to get the ecommerce plan.
I also need to bring my domains over and my business email. All of this would feel a lot less daunting if I could just talk to someone over the phone!WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

I doubt all the details could be covered over the phone even if there was that option. Have a look at this link below. For an online shop you’d need the Business plan.

So if I was on the business plan, would I have to pay for add ons to take payments, send newsletters, take subscriptions etc?
I looked at the add-ons but couldn’t see add ons for payments only for storage and design options, I’m trying to work out what makes the best sense in terms of not payment way more than I need to for my site and features. Thank you

Hi @elly97b0dddfb61,
If you’re on the Business plan, there’s no need to pay extra to accept payments, send newsletters, or manage subscriptions.
You can learn more about the features included in the Business plan here:
