  Hi there,

  A new client has contacted me and their wordpress.com is down due to their business plan hasn’t been paid by the designer that created it. He doesn’t have login and the designer that created the site for him (that has access) doesn’t respond to him. How can he get it touch with wordpress.com to pay for plan and get access again and his site up?

  Hi there!

  The best way would be for him to contact us using the account recovery form here. If he’s the site owner, he can get access to the account by providing us the proof of account ownership (such as the transaction ID for payments to WordPress.com).

  Our team will get back to him via email once he has submitted the account recovery form.

  By the way, can you share the link to his site so we can look into it further?
