  Hello,

  I would like to cancel a payment for a domain. I can’t find a contact form, anybody knows where to find it?

  Custom Domain registrations are refundable up to 48 hours after purchase and you can initiate the refund process in your Dashboard>Store>My Upgrades. You must be logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Regardless, I’ll tag this for Staff assistance, but try the above method first.

  Hi Zlta,

  After looking into your account, I could not find a domain upgrade in your account. The domain mapping upgrade you mentioned: vrijepassage.nl is in another account and that was purchased back in May 2013. A refund wouldn’t be possible for that upgrade. However, please note that the auto-renewal has been disabled so it will not go through in May of this year.
