Contacted WordPress For My Suspended Site But No Response

  I have been sending in messages to ask for help about my suspended site (use as my diary, privately, not for sharing of content to the public) but it’s been a month and nothing was received. Earlier, it didn’t allow me to do back up/export of the content. Now, I see nothing of this site in my account. There are a lot of my memories recorded there and those memorable comments left by my girlfriend are not lost with the suspended site. How else can I get help in retrieving the posts and comments?

  Hi there, We can’t help you in the community forums with a suspended site. Only the Terms of Service team can assist you.

  If you’ve already submitted the form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ please be patient. Sending new emails just pushes things down in their queue. Thanks.
