There isn’t one.
These are our support options http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ In addition we can email
help@wordpress.comThis is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
Speak up here please as there is no phone support, and emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

Please be aware that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.COM is a turnkey operation. It’s not for folks who are into sophisticated site building. If you want to design a site or hire a designer to do that then you need to hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG software install.
Also note that you can register a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Ok. Thank you for the information. I need help with developing my wordpress. I am a print graphic designer and would like my wordpress to have main images across the top changing images, like 5 with headline or graphic on top.
Then image library/portfolio showing work, most of these I find do not have a image across the top, I want a site combing a business model and design. I want to be abale to add images, I find images themes only showing like 9 images and I need up to 20 images. I suppose sections would be good, I plan to have photography section, logos and so on.
