  hello! i would like to contact actual wordpress staff rather than a public forum. how do i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You could tag this post with “modlook” so that the admin can come here and establish what your issue is.

  Another option (if the issue is not urgent) is to post in the contact form in the link below (bottom of the page), although the response time would be longer (it says several weeks) : https://automattic.com/contact/

  to describe the problem (in hopes that an admin will look here): i used to be able to access my blog at deborahannebowen.com. now when i go there i get the message that the site cannot be accessed, and i get rerouted to deborahannbowendotcom.wordpress.com. i just paid for the next year for deborahannebowen.com within the deadline. what is going on?

  Hi there, look like you were able to tag this ok for admin :)

  I see that it looks like you are having a domain mapping issue. I am getting this error message on your page:
  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  WordPress.com now requires users to have an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to map a domain. That being said, I see that your account dates back a few years, so you might be “grandfathered” in for free.

  Don’t panic, the staff will be here soon to get you sorted out :)
