Howe do we get in touch with wordpress customer service? They attempted to debit my checking account to renew an annual service (114.00). I saw the email notification and immediately cancelled renewal, then received a followup email saying that they were refunding my money. The problem is there was not enough money in the account to start with, and my bank stuck with with a NSF charge of 39.00. Now, 3 days later, I go into the bank account again to see that they once again attempted the same charge again and the bank has stuck me with another NSF charge. I need wordpress to take care of this charge, as the account was cancelled, they sent an acknowledgement, and have now cost me another NSF.

I can see we auto-renewed your premium plan and domain, killinitwiththekuhns.com, on 2 January. You cancelled that renewal and we issued a full refund on 3 January. You can see the receipts for these transactions at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
We have made no further attempts to charge your account after 2 January – it is completely impossible for us to charge you for an upgrade that doesn’t exist, even more so given that you’d deleted the card we had on file for you.
If your statement shows an additional charge, please contact your bank directly to find out where that comes from.We are not able to reimburse you for any charges by your bank due to insufficient funds in your account.
