contacting for a refund?

What is the best way to contact WordPress regarding a refund?
I purchased a domain but would like to cancel and change it. The cancel policy says to “contact WordPress within 2 days” but gives no other information on how or who to contact specifically. I used the contact support form but have no way to verify that this is the correct avenue to get a refund as I have not heard back regarding my inquiry.
Any advice?

Thanks, yes that is what I used. Just felt like there should be another avenue for contact regarding refunds.

Well, if WordPress requires the contact within 2 days, there should be some kind of timely response so I am ensured that my “2 days” was verified/justified I suppose. Maybe I am just paranoid that my request won’t be honored. I’m not sure why.

to which i guess they are going to the same thing?? do they both work? with the www and without…is it the same thing?
