Contacting Jetpack – Domain Transfer

Hi all
I’m trying to get hold of Jetpack contact / customer services, but I can’t get hold of them. The guides just take you round in circles.
We’ve moved domains / changed our URL and all our JETPACK analytics data from the last few years hasn’t transferred across. We can see new daily data, which started as of yesterday, but I need the historical data pulling through from the last few years on this new website.
Can someone help here please?
