@kristel10 Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do. Are you trying to point a domain to a new hosting provider, or point a domain to a WordPress.com site?
@newuniversdetoshi you should be able to renew these in your Dashboard under the Store > My Upgrades tab. If not, please post a new thread and add the tag “modlook”.

I am trying to point to a new hosting. I’ve set up the DNS but I have no tab with the Names server which is what is suggested to make the new mapping active. -
@kristel10 your domain yogahorizons.co.uk was not registered through WordPress.com. You will need to log into your account with your domain registrar (http://www.123-reg.co.uk) to update your name servers.

@kristel10, are you still referring to yogahorizons.co.uk? If so, that isn’t registered with us, so you’ll need to contact the domain registrar for more assistance.

Hi Ya, I’ve contacted weebly. i need to check I have one record for www. pointing to 199.34.228.59 and one root domain. So I have altered the A rcord existing as I blieve you only need one of those. Could you possibly just chck this is right and I don’t need an A record with “www” instead.

created a website with Weebly and need to point my domain to their servers. Can you set this up for me or walk me through the process of making these changes? I need to create A-Records for “www” and for my root domain. That’s one record for “www” pointing to 199.34.228.59. It looks like you just needed a CNAME record added. I’ve done that and everything is working properly now. If you don’t see your site showing up yet, give it up to 72 hours to fully update, and be sure to clear your browser cache:
