Contacting Support

  I would like to contact support privately. FAQs state: “If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.”

  But when I click the link to that form, I’m directed to the normal support page, with no actual form or option to communicate privately. Why is that?

  And what specifically constitutes a paid upgrade? I’ve paid for things, but maybe not specifically what is needed for private support.

  If you start typing in a question on this page, a yellow button appears that says, “Get in Touch With Support.” You can click that button and it should take you to the support form.

  Hi… I cannot edit my template.. I woke up one morning and all my content on home page had gone. I then tried another template and then went back to Twenty Twelve. only to find an image from the previous template appeared when I tried to edit the twenty Twelve template. BUT the interesting thing is I cannot edit anything when I press the EDIT option on any Template I activate.

  This is very frustrating as I need to update the home page ..

  Please can any one help .. I have done the usual bits clear cookies, cache, tried another PC, laptop still the same.

  All I want to do is reset the Twenty Twelve template to its original default

  Please help
