Contacting Support

    Because I can find no way to contact support, I will see if you all can help me here.

    I have changed my email address under Options, but when a comment is left on my blog, the alert from WordPress is still going to the previous address. Clearly, I need to do something else, but I don’t know what it is. Any suggestions?

    This address is used only for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

    did you receive the e-mail in your new address and confirm it?
