  I know it may seem silly but does anyone know if support really gets back to you? I have sent three messages over the past week and never received a response?

  Yes they do – last week they were in a big all hands planning meeting to chart the direction of WordPress.COM. I expect that they got back-logged a bit.

  Also check your Spam filter box – many people come to the Forum and scream about “no support” when Staff had replied to them three times yet the Staff never received a reply.

  Yes they do, and make sure and check your email ISP’s spam filter to make sure they have not gotten caught there. Sometimes they do.

  Hi Allen,

  I think your spam/junk filter indeed might be interfering or something. We did receive submissions from you in support on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. We replied to each within a few hours. I’d check to see if our responses are there.

  Are you still having trouble with posting?
