    Why do I have to contact community forums why can’t they provide an answer to my questions

    Because this is where you get help if you have a free site or an account with no site. It is also preferable to stick to your original thread.

    no access to website to any changes, when I log in and press my site it tells I don’t have a site I haven’t been on the site for while due a number of reasons has my site been assumed to be abandoned and if so how the hexam do I get reactivated WP.com: Unknown Jetpack: Unknown Correct account: Unknown

    The most important thing is to reveal the full address of the site you’re looking for. No doubt it is under a different account to the one you’re using now. Your site might even be found at a different company.
