  I don’t want to post on a forum but would instead like to email a WordPress happiness engineer… how do I do that?

  I have used Wix for several years and have done a couple eCommerce sites there. I have used your platform while redoing and updating a local radio station site. I enjoyed your platform and I am interested in using it for a job that I have, but I am still on the fence. Is there a way that I can use the eCommerce platform without paying first?

  I have been trying to reach someone about my website being down. I cannot log into it and would like to have it fixed. I spoke to someone Friday about getting it fixed, but now everytime I call the 917#, it tells me to leave a message. RobCookPA.com

  WordPress.com does not offer phone support. It’s not clear who you’re calling, but I know it is not us.

  The domain is registered through GoDaddy and the site looks to be hosted through SITEPROTECT.COM. That means that it’s not set up on our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. For help visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
