  You’ve posted in the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. If you need help with a site hosted on our servers, you’re in the right place, but I don’t see any sites in your account. Can you tell me what you need help with?

  WordPress is not a company, but a piece of open source software made by a community of unpaid volunteers over on WordPress.org. So there is no one to contact for that software, as it doesn’t belong to any person or company.

  If you need help with a site running that software, support is provided by the same community of volunteers that build it in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
