Contacting WordPress

  Why does WordPress not permit contact with any WordPress staff that can answer a question? The ‘contact us’ button showing staff connects only with the community. This is not easy to understand. How can WordPress be contacted?

  If you have a paid plan, you are entitled to Live Chat and email support. If not, you get help in this public forum. If necessaary we can tag a thread to get attention from Staff.
