Contacting WordPress

I purchased more data (20gb) a year ago. It is telling me I have exceeded my limit at 3,000 mb for some reason. I should still have quite a bit of media data available and don’t know how to contact wordpress to discuss.
This is just crazy you don’t get support.
Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! I see that you purchased a 10GB space upgrade on January 1, 2014. However you did not renew that upgrade in 2015.

If you’d like to upgrade your site again, you can view the available upgrades here:

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Seriously? So you’re telling me I have to purchase space every year? I didn’t even use a fraction of that space. Well, that defeats the purpose of a free blog then, correct?

Our free sites include 3GB of free space for media uploads. I took a look at your uploads and many of them are rather large. One way you could better utilize the free space we offer is to reduce the size of your individual images.
You can also always embed images from other URLs. So if you have a Dropbox account or other image sharing service that offers more free space, you can grab the image URLs from those services and embed the images in your posts that way.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Any changes you make to the size of the image through our system are revertable. So we don’t actually change the amount of space the image takes up on our servers.
You’d have to upload the images again, which would also change the image URL, so you’d have to update the posts they’re used in also. :/

Good evening, I have a website with you; miketendo64.com and would like to ask a question about generating revenue on my site. I am with the amazon affiliate program and would like to make money by placing ads on my website on products I am reviewing. I want my page to be a news and reviews page and relatively self efficient (the payment from the ads pay for the maintenance of the site and a little extra for the pocket) I am not using the site to post “Get Rich!!!” schemes, but to help sell various products within my criteria.

I was able to connect a blog via Word 2007 just now, so this functionality appears to still work. However, in the steps to enter your blog URL it offers this template:
http://<Enter your blog URL here>/xmlrpc.phpAll WordPress.com blogs work over https now, so you’ll need to use this format:
https://deuxnappygirl.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.phpYou can request Google remove listings using Webmasters tools, but if you do not wish this information to be public I recommend you reset the password for the account and then set the site to Private:
