Contacting WP

  My own WP website seems to be the only one that I can’t access from any device at home. Everyone else can access it fine. I saw on Sky forum that someone solved this by asking WP to unblock the website for their IP address. My only problem is how I can contact WP to ask them to do that? Can’t find a telephone number or chat anywhere. I used a web developer to create the website, they are saying they will charge me to put this request to WP…so I want to do it myself but don’t know how to contact WP?
