Contacts page and formatting on my website has changed

  Recently my website has changed quite significantly which I believe could have been by recent updates. My contacts page no longer has the availability for customers to ask me a question and so on. Additionally, my formatting of my home page has changed and it has also reversed my image on subsequent pages.

  Can anybody help please?

  If you’re having a Business Plan then it’s happening because of the Contact Form plugin.
