contant io errors every time I try to upload pictures

  getting constant io errors, every time I try to upload
  I’ve emptied my cache repeatedly, emptied cookies and history, still now luck….
  using same camera, pics, etc that I have from day one, a year or so ago…so why now all the problems. I get one picture MAYBE every 30 tries….getting sick and tired of this……..

  would someone PLEASE help me here….am losing faith in wordpress happiness engineers, don’t think they exist…..lol
  getting continual io errors, every time I try to upload pics, I have emptied my cache, reset my router, emptied my cookies and history REPEATEDLY….and still no luck…………..rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
